Compressors International delivered the modular nitrogen station to the Dashoguz airport

Especially for this project, Compressors International has designed and developed a modular nitrogen station based on Gardner Denver equipment.

Dashoguz Airport is one of the oldest airports in Turkmenistan. Since 2013, a Ukrainian company has been working with the airport, which built an air traffic control tower, built main and connecting lanes, as well as aircraft ramps, passenger and cargo terminals, and airport runways.

Compressors International was selected for the modernization of the fuel storage system. Fuel losses were associated with high evaporation during storage in tank farms.

The aim of the modernization project was to reduce fuel losses during storage.

The purpose of the modular nitrogen station is to supply an inert gas for nitrogen breathing of tanks with aviation gasoline, which significantly reduces fuel loss.

The modular nitrogen station supplied at Dashoguz Airport is equipped with an ESM 45 screw air compressor, an GDX series adsorption dryer (-40 ° C dew point) and a GDN-2 80 N nitrogen generator. The station is equipped with an automatic ventilation system with electric drives and nitrogen purity quality control .
